2. Acceptance of these terms

By using lensview.gr you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Entering a competition is also subject to the Entry Terms and the rules of each competition.

3. The service

On lensview.gr we present competitions that we run on behalf of companies, schools, municipalities, cultural bodies and other organisations (“organisers”), accept entries, organise the judging and publish the results. Each competition has its own rules on its page, which take precedence over these terms for that competition.

4. User accounts

  • You need an account to submit entries. Please provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, let us know immediately.
  • Accounts are open to people aged 15 and over. Younger users need the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms or the law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others, try to bypass security measures, or harvest content and data from the site by automated means.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design and the LensView and pttl.gr marks are protected by intellectual and industrial property law (Greek Law 2121/1993). Photographs and films belong to their creators and may not be reproduced without their permission. Competition entries are covered by the Entry Terms.

7. Links to third parties

The site may link to other websites, such as pttl.gr or those of organisers and sponsors. We do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site running properly and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data and cookies

How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when new features or changes in the law require it. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
